Great short ride to the top. Only issue was it was quite expensive for a 5 minute ride.

The walk to the top of the Nut is very steep; so the chair lift is a good alternative for that reason alone. Plus it's also a terrific way to enjoy the views and a fun ride. If you want to do the climb up or down, you can opt to take the chair lift only one way and save some money.

One for the bucket list, but be warned if you are visiting in the colder months, wear your thermals. The wind is bitterly cold up there. That aside, the 360 degree panoramic views are breath taking. If you are fit and brave enough you can try walking up the path from the base to the top. For the not so brave the cost of the return trip on the chairlift ($16) is well worth it. Highly recommended.

Chairlift was closed due to weather instead we trek up the Nut. Awesome view. The hike up was tough but worth it. Super
